CVS Pharmacy said that they have us on surveillance footage! We did not take anything and there was no gift card! This girl should have been reprimanded or fired from her job and she embarassed my family in front of other customers who were waiting in line! This is not right nor acceptable! Hanford Ca

Wellcare didn't do anything to cvs for the abuse I suffered from the pharmacist and christina! They are just going to watch them for a pattern in the meantime I have to suffer this anguish for no reason! Then wellcare said that they protect employees privacy well I guess that customer privacy doesn't matter to them.

I can see why pharmacist and techs at CVS  treat pharmacy customers like crap.

People have lied about me which is one of the problems why I have been treated so badly and poorly at CVS. I am a victim of slander and defamation. And no lawyer will help me sue. Life has not been fair to me at all. People want bad and evil to happen to me. And they want to discriminate toward me.

We did nothing wrong it was always them getting our medicine wrong which is why I filed the complaint with the Board of Pharmacy in the first place! How they found that CVS pharmacy did nothing wrong is beyond me1 So it gave the pharmacist and christina the right to verbally attack me and tell me not to come back!

Well if they have cameras in the store then it caught them yelling at me! CVS defends their bad employees and does injustices to their customers! The police stick up for the bullies and criminals! That is why people in phenix city are so nasty and  unfriendly! They are just plain EVIL in CVS pharmacy on crawford rd. The pharmacy employees have an I don't care attitude because CVS lets them get away with abusing customers in the pharmacy!

They shouldn't be allowed to keep their job if all they want to do is give you a hardtime and harass you about filling your medicine. Then CVS says we care for your medicine being ready in a timely manner! This is a biggest lie! Because all CVS has done is caused us grief and anguish about filling ours! Then we get told why don't we find another pharmacy!

  No why can't they treat us with respect and diginity! Its an OUTRAGE how CVS wants to protect their employees privacy rights but they allow them to violate our rights! And wellcare who pays for my medicine says discrimination is against the law! But they sure alllow CVS to get away with what they did to us! Discrimination and harassment!

  But the police are the cause of why bad things and injustices in this town!

The police always screws over the innocent in phenix city that is why people are so nasty and unfriendly and drive bad in phenix city! When corruption is involed injustices happen like what happen to us at CVS! I want to know why we were treated differently and why we was harassed. And how they allowed certain people to wait at the drive threw window to have their prescription filled. But always making me go around or come inside!

Then if you file a complaint you get told not to come back! These type of injustices has got to stop! And being falsely accused of being an unruly customer when the pharmacist is yelling at you and telling you their not going to fill your medicine! Pigs!

This pharmacist caused other customers to get angry with me. And he followed me out of the store while I was waiting for the police and he jumped on me telling me that I started it and had a personality disorder and all I did was criticize people!  He was saying he was a life coach I can't remember I was so ticked off about how I was treated.

He kept telling me I was in the wrong and that I needed help! I have a right to be treated with respect and dignity like all the other customers who were waiting in the pharmacy! They were never given a hard time they got their medicine and was on their merry way! They allowed other customers to wait in the drive threw getting their medicine filled but always making me go around or come inside!

Or getting my medicine wrong! Their crazy at this pharmacy on Crawford rd and management allows them to be crazy! I was furthermore angered and outraged when the pharmacist told me that I was messing up the other customers' business! ReallY he was the one who was being rude and angry toward me embarrassing me and violating my hippa and privacy rights!

I'm sure the manager and pharmacy employees laugh at getting customers upset! Because the pharmacist had I don't care attitude when I told him I would be filing a complaint. But after how they acted my last visit totally psycho like they got out of the mental ward they should be punished or fired! For lying to the police that I was being UNRULY!

When it was the pharmacist and techs who started it because CVS unleashed them like a pack of wolves attacking us! They don't need to be working with people this pharmacist and employee because other customers on google review have complained about this one employee  Christina who came after me while I was leaving verbally attacking me telling me to leave, like how the pharmacist was verbally attacking me telling me to leave. And he got her on my back!

Don't let the phony positive reviews fool you. This CVS Pharmacy is bad in the way how they retaliated for my complaint with the Board of Pharmacy then violating my privacy rights! But CVS doesn't want to let you know if they punished their employees or fired them. But violating customer privacy rights is okay!

 But they can kiss off at this pharmacy I don't have to tolerate them mistreating or abusing me! I don't care if they don't like it or not!

I understand. No employees have the right to be that way to customers. They should be helping customers, not treating them like trash! Sorry this happened to you. God bless!

I get told not to come back to CVS because I filed a complaint with the board of pharmacy for treating me unfairly. I complained several times to CVS cooperate but the problem still continued with them being rude and unfriendly toward me for no reason! It started on 01/10/2020 when I was going to get my medicine like I normally do.

This tech was there who had already been giving me trouble was telling me that I have to wait for 1 hour while before it would only take 15 minutes to fill. I was being singled out and picked on while the other two customers were getting their medicine and being on their merry way!

I was the tech why and then the pharmacist Matthew yelled at me about my complaint with the Board of Pharmacy and that he read my complaint and he bragged about the board of pharmacy ruling in their favor and told me to leave and not come back.

  He also said I was causing problems for the other customers which there were only two. I did call the police but they lied to the police telling them that I was causing trouble and disrupting their business. It was the pharmacist and the tech who was causing the trouble but the police then told me they would put me in jail if I went back to the store.

Then while I was leaving before I called the police Christina came after me and telling me to leave. I was already leaving what was her problem do these people not have any brains! These pharmacy employees are never reprimanded or fired! But I get told not to come back because of the complaint I filed with the Board of Nursing.

CVS allows employees to retaliate against customers they too rule in their employee's favor and let them continue treating customers bad until it gets out of control like it did in my situation.  I see a pattern of at all CVS pharmacies across the country where they allow pharmacy employees to bully and pick on customers and unfairly tell them not to come back!

They found a way to get rid of me as a customer by lying about me.
