I bought several items some months ago and recieved none of them. Called 2 months ago for an update, was told to wait another month. I did, called back. Told to wait another month.
All the while I am waiting for the products ordered and paid for to arrive, they charge a monthly membership fee and still provide no service; since, they are in the business of supplying an online retail relationship.
No merchandise. Hundreds of dollars lost. Huge amount of stress. Very poor company. Do not do business, you will regret it.
