CVS pharmacy. Killing me by not giving me my insulin: Silver City New Mexico

I got my home on my own, and I didn't need some male to survive. That is why the cops hated my guts so badly and sided with ashley hawthorne and just about everybody who has harassed me. Because they have a badge meaning they can be criminals and follow and stalk me everywhere I go. I hate the police with a passion and ashley hawthorne!

This was why ashley hawthorne had such a demon smile at me. Because she and the cops had this evil thing already planned out. Cops should be prosecuted along with ashley and chaz hawthorne for doing me and my son this. And the police or judge not taking into consideration her telling me to take my MENTALY RETARDED SON BACK IN MY HOME.

Ashley hawthorne didn't or shouldn't know anything about my son or me for her to say such a hateful thing.

Matthew waldrop is the main culprit with my problems at CVS. Because i found out he was a drug addict got his license suspended twice for drugs and drinking. around 05/2022 Tiffani fulmer called me out of the blue asking me about my sons insurance. He had been getting his medication filled their for 15 years. But CVS is hiring psychos like matthew waldrop and tiffani fulmer.

I told her constantly he doesn't have blue cross and blue shield. insurance. She knew what his primary insurance was.  I was in line ordering lunch at Mcdonalds so I hung up after i told her i check into it. Then she called me back I told her he doesn't have blue cross and blue shield and I hung the phone up.

Then she tells me my son is banned from getting his medication filled at that location. I reported her to the Alabama board of pharmacy. I spoke with the investigator about how she harassed me and my son.  Then in 06/02/2022, i got a text that my sons two prescriptions were ready. I thought she wasn't filling them anymore. But I know the real evil behind her filling them.

On 07/02/2022 my son's blood pressure medication was due but didn't get a text. I called it in but as usal the tech handed matthew waldrop the phone telling me that we had been banned from this pharmacy because of him like I was banned from the cvs on crawford rd CVS in phenix city.

Then matthew waldrop threatens to file a warrant for harassment. But it was him & tiffany fulmer harassing me and my son. Tiffany fulmer started it all because she knew my son didn't have blue cross and blue shield.

The board of pharmacy then puts matthew waldrop on probation besides suspending his license for 10 years. Then here we go I am facing the same situation being banned for nothing because I stand up for my rights.

CVS knew about his drug and alcohol problem and how he treats customers  & still chose to hire him. The district managers make everything worse when they side with the pharmacist.

The pharmacy employees can hang up on you. But don't dare hang up on them. Tiffani was so enraged when I did it back to her. These types scumbags are what is becoming pharmacists! Harassing people and not giving them their medication! Then calling you crazy for being upset.

 And they called on Friday and told me it was filled and was ready for me to pick up, I could not get there on Friday because I was sick so I went there today Saturday October 8th 2022 and because they did not get me my insulin that I told them I desperately need because I ran out and insulin that's required to stay alive.

The red-headed pharmacist that did not fill it that was arrogant made my blood sugar hit 900 and I had a diabetic episode and this is what diabetes does when you have a pharmacy like CVS that's trying to kill diabetics.

 At 6:00 p.m. I called the Silver City New Mexico pharmacy Walmart and they said CVS in Silver City only sent a prescription in for my cholesterol medication and my omnipod insulin pump pods, but they did not send the prescription for my (6) bottles of NovoLog insulin THAT I REQUIRE PER MONTH in which is a death sentence to me so the overweight CVS pharmacist with the red hair is literally trying to kill me.

She told me my insulin was ready on Friday but I was too sick to go Friday to get it and I went there today Saturday October 8th 2022 and she said there's nothing filled as of yet, after she told me it was ready and now they did not forward my prescription to Walmart after I told her CVS drugstore is incompetent and the police stated to me that they forwarded all my prescriptions to Walmart but she did not submit my insulin prescription that my doctor submitted to CVS pharmacy this is how incompetent CVS is 1-575-388-1614 the heavy set red headed pharmacist is the one that's not giving me my required insulin so I do not die. They She is literally trying to murder me...
