I rented twice from them not realizing that even though on their website it says Total Cost for rental is $xx.xx, you end up paying the car rental dealer another fee for what they call premium location. Carrentals.com are aware of the premium location, and instead of putting it up front and adding it to your total cost, they hide it in the terms and conditions in fine print so that is not obvious at all. So for a $60.00 rental I paid a total of $160. and for a $99.00 rental i paid $205. Absolute scandal. NEVER use them again. Customer service does not respond. I hope this will alert you to their scams.

This was related to a rental in Amsterdam, pickup at Schiphol Airport. Company used Hertz.
