Signature Car Rental is under investigation by the Florida Attorney General for deceptive practices. They chaged me $9/day for "loss of use" coverage and told me that I couldn't decline it even though I had full coverage and supplemental rental insurance. They didn't give me any proof of coverage. Just told me if I didn't pay they would take me back to the airport. This was at 11 p.m.
