I have been an employee of Signature/Economy Car Rental and Airport Parking since they opened back in June of 2014. Its a shame becuase after I did my research I realized that Economy Car Rental is a pretty big company, and they find local companies to partner with in different cities. Its truly a shame that they chose the degenerates that own and run Signature Car Rental and Airport Parking in Orlando Florida.

My wife and I were hired to work the graveyard shift, and never once were we late. As a matter of fact, we always showed up early and our shift being from 11-7, we often times got to work at 10pm and sometimes worked until 10AM the next morning, be uase they needed us and always begged us to stay and work more becuase they could not handle it themselves and did not want to hire anyone else so they dont pay them. Me and my wife were both entitled to overtime pay, but these cheap b******* denied us our pay for hard, long (overnight) hours that we worked. When we confronted them, they did not have anything to say other than we did not agree to pay you overtime, and we are only going to pay you the regular wage for 8 hours. 

I have also noticed that they cheat EVERY customer that walks in their door for car rental and parking. They trick all their customers and force them to purchase a fake insurance policy called "Loss of use" which no insurance company carries, but they made it up to upsell all the customers on another policy to make money. All the international customers of course do not know this and think its normal practice in the united states. to everyone reading this. THIS IS A DUPE AND A HUGE RIPOFF... do not use this company, do not deal with them, do not rent from them, do not do business with them, do not refer business to them, and if you go to any other company you will see that no one else charges you for "LOSS OF USE". Thats beuase its complete BS. Do not buy that insurance company, but the way they put you in a bad position, if you do not buy the policy, they wont rent you the car, and they refuse to take you back to the airport, so basically you are stuck and have no choice but to rent from them THEY ARE SCUM!

They have a cheap parking price just as bait to get you in the door, then they up charge you for EVERYTHING to make up for their loss.

My wife quit her job, and was promised that she would be taken care of becuase they worked with her in a holiday inn hotel in Orlando before they signed with economy rent a car and they saw how great of a worker she was, and they ended screwing both her and I over. 

Besides being crooks, they are just flat out liars. They do not understand the concept of "customer service"... I once had an old lady come to park her car, and their system for the low parking rate is self prk only and they make you park in the far back of the parking lot and walk yourself. I once was valeting a car and saw an old lady walking from the back, so I gave her a ride back to the front to help her catch the shuttle. Both the puny little 17 or 18 year old kid Clark, who thinks he is a bad a** calling himself the CEO, and his overweight mom Margaret and her stupid husband Sam who can barely spell, and writes everything in capital letters becuase he does not know how to write a proper email or letter, all yelled at me for giving the old lady a lift, AN OLD LADY. They got upset at the fact that she paid for self parking, not valet, and she needed to walk. COMPLETELY HEARTLESS LOW LIFES. 

I can go on and on, but I think this should serve the initial purpose. We are now owed money for working overtime which they denied us, they are ripping off EVERY CUSTOMER, and their reason is, "GREED".

PS. don't let them trick you by that BS point program too. That's their way of making up for being low lie scum. Your money is better of being spent anywhere else... Even the dirt roads across the street. Atleast they have more decency than these people.
