Hello all

 I went onto www.gamepal.com and submitted my account information for a sale.  I was instantly quoted $900

That was the email i had received straight away. followed by this one

 I responded that their second offer was not acceptable and went to go change my account information for security, only to find that they have changed my account password and email that it is attached to.

I have contacted CCP (eve onlines creators) and told them to suspend the account untill i can receive it back in my controll, but untill i sort that out i am accountless.  They have taken my account without paying the initial offer that was given to me and now they have changed the offer and taken the account BEFORE i had a chance to revoke thier new offer. 

This is in complete breach of the terms and conditions ( that i read thoughrally) 

As of right now i fully advise anyone to not use gamepal.

As of right now they have stolen my account.

If they pay the $900 that was origionally offered then no problem.

If they give me back my account with no losses sustained to the account then no problem.

 This issue has been sorted.

 Allthough i had to sort it all out myself, Gamepal's customer support contacted me a few hours after i filed a report here. They apologised for the error and admitted to me that they had messed up but it is a rare occourance that they do.  The account is now back in my hands.

 Allthough i am thankfull that i got a repsponse from the company I as a customer have had 48 hours of stress and worry and i havent gained out of it at all.  The mistake should not have happened in the first place.

 As of right now i still maintain the reccomendation to not use gamepal as my own personal experience with them has been terrible. The customer service representative that i talked to was very helpful, and as i have stated they did contact me and attempted to work with me.

 Gamepal have stated that this is a rare Occurance and i can only believe that to be true, but i fully beleive that i should get some kind of compensation for the trouble i have had due to their admitted "mess up".

 I retract the statement "they have stolen my account" as i have it back as of right now.

 I asked for my account back or $900 in my report and i recieved my account back, all beit losing sleep last night and having a stressfull day.
