i went to buy a cheap FFXIV they had on there site after about 3 day was told there was a error and i had to reorder i ask for money back for order made frist time the secone time i order they dubble charge me its been a week and side they didnt have account but refuse to give me money back for frist order and dubble charge dont buy from these people they are rip-off i just want my money back for the 3 charges

i just want my back you dubble charge me and the account not eyou never delived my account this e-mail that i got from you and didnt argee i also got the voice message and e-mail from you threaen to get my account ban i never got what paid and i want is my omney back

Hello,

Thank you for your order with us. We apologize for the wait and appreciate your patience while we work on your order. We are e-mailing you to provide a quick update on the status of your order.

I want to personally apologize for not getting back with you sooner with your order. The account you ordered is actually one that went through our consignment system and we need to contact the seller to deliver the information. However, we are having quite a hard time contacting this seller (it appears he changed the password which means we won't issue a payout for his order), and wanted to know if we are unable to reach him if you'd accept an exchange. If you are okay with an exchange, we can offer you two options.
Option 1: Exchange for an alternative account visible on our websiteWe will provide you a gift code + an additional amount for a new account. You then search our website, and if you can find another account you'd want instead of the one you ordered, we will then exchange it and deliver this account. In order to use the gift code, you will need to be logged into your GamePal Account where we have credited you 12 GamePal Dollars. 

Option 2: Exchange for an alternative account not visible yet on our website. This option allows us to manually find you an account if you are unable to locate one on our website. Once you provide us the information below, we will then manually search through our system to find accounts that we or our exclusive vendors plan to list for sale shortly on our website that are not yet visible for sale. In order to proceed, please provide us the following information
1). What class are you wanting to play?
2). What server are you wanting to play on?
3). What race are you wanting to play?
4). What gender are you wanting to play?
5). Any other specific preferences you desire?
If the consignment seller does contact us after this exchanged account you selected has been delivered, we will notify you and give you the option to pick which account you want to have.

Dear Charles E Foley Jr,

This message is to follow up on our conversation and state what really happened with this transaction as you're purposely rewriting and making up things in order to blackmail us in getting a free account.

1). We didn't charge you for this transaction, PayPal did. You placed an order with our company willingly for $10 and we delivered.

2). Recently you requested a refund on a double charge which you placed (not us) and we sent a notice informing you of the cancellation and when you should expect a refund.

3). Less than 24 hours later, you posted comments on here saying we were con artists.

4). In order to get you stop so we could keep our business relationship professional, we did request for you to provide us your ripoffreport account information after we received notice you would post the transaction information online and openly inform Square Enix of the account we delivered to you which we still aren't sure what the purpose of that would be but puts us in a difficult situation as we can't guarantee you compensation if you are going to purposely ban the account.

5). During this time, we made an attempt to call a couple phone numbers leaving voicemails without any response back.

6). You then posted an update saying we hacked your accounts which is completely false and the email was completely editing out the part where we informed you to stop communicating so we can guarantee security on the account we delivered.

At this point we are limited on what we can do for you. We aren't sure what your motive is for purposely lying here but it appears you want a free account, you don't want to cooperate at all in order to ensure security on your account, we don't know what you plan to do with the Square Enix Account delivered, your double charge payment has already been cancelled, we can't issue refunds on payments when we already delivered the account and you're unwilling to return it, it's extremely difficult to understand your e-mails so we aren't exactly sure what you want, and you told us to stop e-mailing you so we can't even assist you when you don't respond.

We will gladly post the e-mail with proof of delivery if required in order to proceed here.
