Digital Moose One Year Long Ripoff Continues with no reimbursement following Ebay auction Oakville Ontario

As I approach the One Year Anniversary of my Ebay auction with Digital-Moose and still don't have my promised reimbursement for a Sony CLIE UX50, I decided to start a search on Dog Pile and was very surprised with the literal amount of good folks that Digital-Moose has screwed over.

My auction details were: Ebay 3056222786 which ended on 02 NOV 03, payment was wired to Digital-Moose on 06 NOV 03 in the amount of USD 524.95 they even confirmed receipt of same on 11 NOV 03. All was supposedly up front and although their feedback was not the greatest, I foolishly took a chance. After nearly two months, they told me the Sony CLIE UX50's were slow coming from a distributor and would I care for a reimbursement or continue to wait.

I asked for a reimbursement and they responded that the check was on it's way.

That, obviously never happened.

Don't bother with Ebay, been there and done that. All they had to say was Digital-Moose is no longer with us and sent me to various complaint forums, which have also resulted in nothing.

Just where is this Yahoo site for registration ?
