I purchased a LOTR account from AccountGear.com on 3/9/2013 for 157.50 and went through all the propper verifications.  I received an email the same day saying that all is good on my part and no further actions are required but there was a problem with my account.  The email said that they were trying to fix the issue.  My order status at this time was Pending Delivery.  I fired off a few more emails over the next couple of days that all went unanswered even though the website says it has 24/7 customer service.

As of today 3/12 I try to check the status of my order and it when i put in my order number 150592 it says that it cant find that order number.  Really??!!?  Ive been checking my order for the last 3 days witht he same number and it worked just fine.  to make things worse, they are still selling the account that I bought and paid for!!!  This is very fishy.  I know a lot of people have had issues resolved here but i would not trust this company.  This was a real order and i have emails and receipts to prove it.  Dont be scammed by AccountGear.com.  I fully intend to file a complaint with the IC3, money bookers, and anyone else i can that is affiliated with this company if my order is not resolved.  I suggest you all do the same.

If they decide to make good by giving me the account i purchased or refunding my money I will change this reveiw.

Yes Cubby I saw your posts. Seems your issue was resolved as well. We both don't have patience it seems LOL.

This issue was cleared up a long time ago. I'm only responding now because I've had no issues with my original purchase, I'm ready to go with another account. By the way I can't change my review so I will just post a new update. They actually did end up delivering under the 72 hour timeframe they originally said it would take but naturally you panic because you don't know what to expect. People screwed me over before so I didn't want it to happen again. They sell great products but don't expect that they'll give you status updates through email - have to track your order by registering to their website. Quite pleased with the account I got though and I guess what matters is being happy with what you paid for in the end and I am very satisifed.

Your order appears to be back on the list as "authorizing" so I'm assuming their "legal department" put your order on hold because you're breaking your "buyer agreement" by discussing your transaction.

Hope to see some updates on your dilemma and how well you're faring.

Update: I just received an email from customer support saying they should have my order completed within 24hrs. Ill wait it out for now. Theres really nothing more i can do at this point. Just boils down to bad communication and most, if not all of these reports could be prevented if they just shot off a couple of replies every now and then.

Ill keep updating. Thanks for the replies!

You'll soon receive an email from their "legal department" by "Mark Simpson" stating that your order is now put on hold because you broke the "buyers agreement".

Honestly, the best thing you can do is wait right now. As per their own terms and conditions found on http://www.accountgear.com/terms-and-conditions.php they give themselves 14 days to turn over the account.

If they start making up excuses to delay it even further than that then I'd start filing the reports.
