USAA USAA Insurance USAA Refuses to Pay Fair Market Value on Claims San Antonio Texas

USAA claims that they take care of the military and veterans of the United States but that claim is in fact false. I have been a member of USAA for years, paid them plenty in credit card fees. When I was involved in an accident with another one of their members, who has their insurance, they are refusing to pay the full market value of my vehicle. I have repeatedly sent them proof that my vehicle was worth well more than they are claiming yet they refuse to even consider it. Even though that is exactly what they told me to do when I disputed the amount.

My main contention with them at this point is their claim to take care of the military and it's veterans, when in fact that is just false advertising to help them drum up business and make money. I am a veteran of the United States Military, I have served in two overseas combat tours, and they are refusing to help me out by paying me the full market value of my vehicle that was deemed a total loss. It amazes me that they are allowed to make claims that they have anything to do with the military and that they use that claim to take advantage of current and former military members.

I want USAA exposed for what they really are, a greedy money making corporation that could not care less about the military or anyone else. 

If you are ever involved in an accident with a USAA Insurance member then I really feel sorry for you. They will absolutely NOT take care of you. They will screw you at every step in the process.
