In may i payed through paypal to recieve an official copy of my degree transcipts. after about 3-4 weeks i contacted them through email. no response. i left messages on their now disconnected telephone # and i got no response. I contacted them for several months and got no response... In the midst of this they disconnected their telephone and changed their contact address to a PO BOX on their website.
Only once a Person names Susan Anderson sent me an email saying they made error(Since may and she sent this in october) and that i would recieve my transcripts in a few days... We not its November and once again no response to my inquiries... this has been very frustrating and dissappointing because now my degree cannot be verified as an authentic religous degree because i have no official transcripts
