I ordered a Canon Powershot SD750 Camera on their website advertising for $135. Since this was about $40 under the closest price, I figured it was too good to be true. I ordered it anyway and paid with a credit card.

I immediately got an email confirmation saying,

"Thank you for your order. Your order has been received.Please call us at 877-425-9933 (Mon-Thur: 10:30am EST to 8:30pm EST, Friday: 10:30am EST to 6pm EST, Sunday: 11:00am EST to 8:00pm EST) to confirm your order, so we may have it shipped out to you as soon as possible."

When I called to confirm the order, the salesperson asked, "We just wanted to know why you didn't order the spare battery." The spare battery was $60.00. He told me the battery it came with only lasted 15-20 minutes after taking pictures with it. When I said, "No Thanks, just send me the camera." He now claimed that the camera I ordered was on backorder for 4-6 weeks. I canceled the order and my card was refunded.

I called back about 15 minutes later to check on availability of the same camera. I was promptly hung up on. Somebody shut these guys down please. Their are complaints about them littered all over www.resellerratings.com and ripoffreport.com
