Southwest Fiduciary I have been robbed and emotionaly tortured by Southwest Fiduciary, Inc Glendale Arizona

Hello,

I have over the past nine months been refused access to my finances, and have been told on several occasions when requesting any extra monies that the money was "on its way" - only to never recieve it. This has happened over and over and over since September.

I have begged my mental health caseworker to switch fiduciary services repeatedly, and was only told how to go about that after having a nervous breakdown recently.

Due to my mental breakdown, and subsequent arrest and temporary hospitalization, my neighbors are afraid of me, and I am getting evicted. I have done everything to make my mohave mental health caseworker aware of the problem, only to learn that she is "friends" with one of the employees of Southwest Fiduciary, Inc.

Most likely, I am going to be homeless within the next few days...
