Solace extended Warranty I paid my montly payments on time Did all I was suppose to do as far as keping up Mainteance .My trans went stuck in First gear.They denied my claim saying the age of my car if they gave me a new trans it would be like giving me a brand new car.and that my Mechanic was not Licenced witch is not true. Also he did work for them before and was paid.They kept asking me for all kinds of paper work which I produced. I asked them if the mechanic was not licenced why did they pay him for work done. He Meaning Gilbert said they didn't know he was not licenced. The Mechanic told me they never called to find out if he was licenced. He is with a shop.He calls his bussiness Mobile Mechanic he will come to you as a courtsy as I can not walk far. Nationwide

I have paid my bill consistently on time . They have done work on my car before. with the same mechanic. They refused to pay for a trans stating that if they did it would be like giving me a new car.They used all kinds of excuses. Like My mechanic is not licenced. I did everything I was suppose to. they denined my claim. my car is sitting in the Cottman transmission buliding, still. They have tried to make them do the right thing.My car is needed as I said before I can not walk very far .Also I have a very sick Mother who depends on me, Hospital visits grocery shopping an so on.She is 88 years old.In the begining to keep my bussiness they offered free oil changes for a year.I usedit once only because no one would except them without payment up front. Plus the car dealership took all day to change the oil .So I got the oil changed By my mechanic at my expience.  praying some one can help.I am going to try again on Monday after the Holidays try talking to a Superviser or some one in authorty to maybey do the right thing. Thank you for at least having some place People like me can tell what is happening.
