Singer Brass Logistics IGIA, Wind Storm Blatant Thieves/This company is a scam and a sham! Robbed me of over $300! Los Angeles California

Back on November 26, 2005 I ordered a Wind Storm vacuum cleaner after I saw a commercial on TV. They offered buy one/get one free.

My bank account was charged for 2 vacuum cleaners for a total of $313.70! When I discoved they charged me for 2 it was too late to stop payment.

I immediately began calling and emailing Wind Storm. I kept a log account of all my calls (when I was able to reach a representative) and dates, times and with whom I spoke.

I was told that I would need to cancel my order so I would receive a full refund. So, I did that. Needless to say, I never did get my refund.

I contacted the BBB and they sent a letter to Wind Storm as did I. I received a written response stating that my account would be credited.

Finally, the phone number I had been calling was "no longer in service". I received no futher communications. I saved all the original paperwork of correspondences and transactions.

This company has stolen over $300 cash from me and I live on a fixed income. 

Even after years have passed, they still owe me $313.70 since I never received any merchandise nor a refund as they falsely promised.

They are without a doubt the worst company with which I have ever dealt. 

I want my money NOW!
