Securus Payments Payprotec Oregon LLC Deceptive practices used and overcharging fees in excess of stated rates. Judgment from Court received but they still don't pay! Portland, Oregon

Payprotec Oregon, doing business as Securus Payments has engaged in a series of fraudulent sales practices. They solicit merchants promising significant savings in credit procerssing fees......offering "tiered pricing" of 1.49% and 1.79% on most credit card sales. They even provide a chart which shows the amount of savings. We even got a written guarantee. Trouble is that they don't really charge the fees they tell you....they charge more......almost double. They get you to lease equipment that only costs a couple of hundred dollars for which they charge  thousands of dollars and they add on fees that that specifically said they would not add.  We had to go to court and won a judgment for $5000.  Did they pay....of course not. They have tried to avoid all responsibilty and ignore all orders of the Court.  Check out the CEO....Steven Lemma.......criminal charges and contempt citations.  Avoid this company at all costs!!!!
