San Diego Bureau Of Child Support Enforcement Unexpected Additional "Arrearages" with no explanation San Diego California

First, I am happy to have a forum to report the crooks at the San Diego District Attorney's office in the Child Support Enforcement Division.

I have two children. However, my ex-wife doesn't work, and her new man is on "disability." So she sues to get the amount of support increased. One of them had turned 18, so I insisted that I no longer be garnished for that child.

Even though I had a lawyer, they used their crooked dossimeter (a technical term for an abstract algebraic calculation that leaves the man broke) and increased the amount of financial responsibility by a tremendous amount. However, they did not modify the garnishment amount until months later.

Then, I receive a "letter of warning" from these crooks, saying I owed $1,756 dollars. Figuring I would decrease the garnished amount (and since the letter threatened IRS and state tax action), I paid the amount by maxing all of my credit cards and wiping out my savings.

I called the master extortionists and asked when the accounting department at my job would be notified of the reduced amount. They told my I was in arrears to the tune of $498 dollars! The best explanation I got was "we're helping the children." The only way I can get these degenerates off of my back is to sell of my vacation time, for I am now flat broke.

For those of you young guys out there who think you're in love, look out. Not only you will have to deal with a contentious ex-wife, but she will have an army of thieves who will:

1) Steal your kids.
2) Steal your dignity, and
3) Steal your money!

When my ex-wife and I separated, she moved away and hid the kids. When I complained to the child support crooks, they told me to "get a lawyer." In those days, I had no money, so I was out of luck. Yet if I had done the same thing, I would have had the FBI looking for me!

I work in a capacity where I get to deal with some personnel matters on a small level, so I know that wherever you live, all of these people are crooked corrupt liars and thieves with licenses, and they will eventually find you and punish you.

Those of you young guys who get desperate for cuddling, you're better off taking your chances in Tijuana Mexico than dealing with these rats!

Because of my work, I had to censor my name and city. I'm sure that my commentary would hurt someone's feelings. I certainly don't want to lose my job for exercising my right to say what I think!
