I have been e-mailing, calling, sending letter to Retrofeet.com. Although, I only ordered one pair of sneakers, they took $96.00 from my credit card and never sent me my sneakers. Then, they offered me a free pair, but never sent me either pair. Then, they offered to refund me my money, but never sent it. I don't want to stop here. I would like to know if any attorney's have done a class action suit here. I have been e-mailing them and I got a response from one of the employees there, but she did the same response over and over again. It's not the $96.00, it's the principal. If anyone out there knows how to get this company, please let me know.

#3 UPDATE EX-employee responds

The Retro Rip Off...

To whom it may concern. Retrofeet as explained in the first response, is a tiny computer room operating out of Stratford, CT. The room consists of One customer service rep. The site creator has over 477 unanswered emails which are sent to his home email address at support@23feet.com when I came to retrofeet, there were over 788 emails, the majority of them were deleted, with no intent of answering. To be honest, Yes! Retrofeet is a FRAUDULENT SCAM site that does just enough for the public to keep the site going.

The majority of the "Fake Carbon Copied" sneakers and etc. are made by cheap fabrics and he buys them from a factory. But that's neither here or there. I can tell you this. Your calls go unanswered because There is no "CALL CENTER". as Omar has said in his own words. "Man, I'm constantly replacing", referring to employees. Usually 2 employees at a time in a little tiny computer room in Stratford, CT, Your calls are answered by ONE so called business phone, which is actually a house phone. So do the math people.

One Customer service rep from 10am - 5pm, and over hundreds of calls. from 5-9pm there is also one rep. this is why there really is no operating online Chat help! As for refunds. Reps are told to tell all customers, Their account has been credited (lie)by retrofeet and they will have file a chargeback with their banks or credit card companies, and tell them theirs a credit that's not showing up on the statement and they'd like to file a chargeback or reversal. Don't believe the hype! He's not going to and has no intention on refunding you. What he will do is offer you to select another "FAKE" product to be shipped.

The answer once again is to contact the Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, and He will eventually shut the non credible fraudulent site. So get on the job, you know how that goes, the more complaints the more it's looked at as a serious issue. you can contact Blumenthal by emailing: attorney.general@po.state.ct.us

Good Luck on your Refunds.
