RentWay breech of contract/wont pick up at times designated/horrible management Willard Ohio

RentWay, or do we call it FraudWay..that is beside the point. I have rented numerous things from rentway in the adventure of being a single mom. I have rented a living room suite and bedroom suite that I will give them credit for sucessful pick up times and little problem. It all started when I returned that merchandise, since then I have rented but have had to keep in consistant contact with the Regional Manager..

I have rented a washer and dryer, big screen, and airconditioner that I have had for a month, and I have just recently been hospitalized and cannot afford them. I have made numerous appointments in which they do not show up and claim they have!!!!! I have two kids to raise and a liver problem and they cant seem to get there crap.. BUT THIS IS THE UNDERLYING FACTOR>>>>> my sister was watching my children while I was in the hospital sick and jaudice and THE MANAGER OF THE STORE SHOWED UP IN HIS PRIVATE VEHICLE. DIDNT DISTINGUISH HIMSELF AND YELLED LOUDLY THROUGH MY DOOR. HE SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF MY YOUNGER SISTER. HE KEEPED YELLING THEN FINALLY LEFT.
THEN HE LEFT A NASTY MESSAGE ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE and my sister called me at the hospital distraught,and upset..

I then called the store and Frank (the store manager) was not in, so I dealt with Nicki(in which i have already had to call and make a complaint about her and her attitude) I told her about what happened and that I had been in the hospital and I would be home Friday to come pick up the merchandise... STILL NOTHING>>> and well now i have a letter saying that they are going to press charges for theft...COME ON NOW>> I AM FAR FROM A FELON>>>
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME--I REFUSE TO CALL THAT STORE AND DEAL WITH THE B/S.....
