Rentway Ripoff Extremely rude bad customer service breach of contract Marietta Ohio

I went to rentway and got a computer, bunk beds and stereo. The computer never worked correctly which they would not fix.Then the bunk beds were $10 more per week than quoted. I was told that they had misquoted but could do nothing about it. Then on 2 seperate occasions they messed up my billing date. Their remedy, they want to raise my payment $10 more dollars a week. I am filing with the BBB against this company. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you

it is always the rental companies fault and of course now you should get to keep the merchandise for free because they made a mistake
and to their rudeness i bet you never raised you voice or said any four letter word it is amazing because we are on the other side of the counter it is ok to insult us get a life

going late on payment is noones fault but your own its amazeing how all these problems start after someone cant make their payments , and rentway even deffered your payment ( becouse you said it was not set up on the correct paydates) so it wouldnt be late , you still missed your payment. end of story.
