I was a customer for like 2and a half years and then stopped working and payments became tighter n tighter.they never fixed the products when i called them. the loaners they brought the 2 times i needed one were in horrible condition very used indeed.
Then they allowed my parents to rent a 42inch lcd tv ........on my account ......without my permission! Isnt that ....ILLEGAL?? So i stopped paying. They said when asked by myself about my parents , that they just had assumed that i wouldnt mind . WTF!?!
They harrassed me for the entire 2and a half months , banging on my door like the freaking Gestapo .I wasnt sure about the laws of ct and breaking a rental contract or i wouldnt of gave them anything back at all. Why should i? But i gave them the tv earlier today. i had a washer and a dryer both portable, then the tv. DO NOT RENT FROM RENTWAY OF PUTNAM , THEY ARE A MONEY LOVING CORRUPT COMPANY.
