Printerpix Printerpix messed up my order and refuses to fix it. Lake Mary Florida

I ordered a Christmas blanket from Printerpix. When checking out, the system auto populated my shipping address. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my shipment and decided to check on it. I noticed it was marked undeliverable and was being sent back to the merchant. I did some digging to find out why and I noticed the shipping address that printerpix auto populated populated the wrong zip code. I have tried speaking with someone from printerpix and was told too bad it is not their fault because they have a security feature that told me to check to make sure everything was correct before submitting the order. They refuse to reship my purchase to the correct address. They refuse to acknowledge that their system made an error. THey want me to pay again for shipping when I already paid for shipping once. Their representatives are of no help and are nasty and rude.

I will NEVER order from them again. They made an error and instead of having good customer service to fix it, they tell me I am SOL. This was meant for a Christmas present for my boss and now I am totally screwed.
