You may find one of the owners at Local Choices, AB66Broadcasting located at 1112 S. Wabash Avenue, 5th floor, there is reason to believe that Jim Vincent is the is Jim Vateli from Pantheon according to inside sources that had access to his true identity. He's running another business scheme trying to lure hotel manager to purchase a 3 year contract for this Hi-Tech Virtual Concierge Program using Kiosks with internet access. He's there at 8:00 am and leaves at 12 for his liquid lunches and returns drunk at 3:00 pm speaking in negative sexual tones to the women in the office. He shy's away from photos. He's 6' tall, very heavy set, huge beer belly and a head full of brownish flat hair. You can see an image on the site of David Capreol, he's the man to the left with a white shirt. All those employees are gone and he hasn't paid anybody a penny.

I too am a victim of this company. About four years ago I purchased two of these internet kiosks from Nationwide Cyber Systems. I invested over $27,000 of my hard earned savings to do so. The company out and out lied to me about how much I would be earning from the kiosks and even gave me a "worse case scenario" (which they told me was so ridiculously low would never happen) of $30.00 per day off of each kiosk. I followed their instructions and placed these in two very busy locations and got very little response off of them. By the time I paid my high speed internet fee and the commision to the store I was in the hole every month.

I finally pulled them out of both locations because I could not continue to go in the red each month. The company was absolutely non responsive to my complaints and flat out denied giving me profit projections. I would like to see these people have to pay back all of the people that they have victimized. What really makes me furious is that they seem to have simply changed their name multiple times and continue to rip off people. This tells me alot about their slimy character. Please anyone that knows of any lawsuit against this company please include me!

I saw their commericals and called them. They tried to say that they would save the merchants a ton of money on the credit card processing as well as the pre-paid business. I knew it to be a lie and had one of the new salesmen call me privately after he checked out what I told him. He said the whole thing was a sham but the money was incredible. He said they were selling as many a 20 a DAY, average package was $15,000.00

The terminals they were selling and the entire service any credit card person was giving away to merchants for FREE, it was not a money maker for anyone. Except for these people I guess. I couldn't believe people really believed all the BULLSH*T they were promising. I remember telling my wife- People can't be this stupid to send in thousands of dollars. Just cause the ads ran on CNBC late at night and the Golf Channel.
Is this the company and product that is being sued? I wish I had the sales reps name and home #, he quit the following week when he got his paycheck. $9,000.00 comm his first week- but I guess if he would have stayed he would be paying it all back, and some.

I hope you can find your way to us. We are currently drafting RICO suits against all the companies you mentioned.

The first group is under Debit Corporation/Teleking/Pantheon. The second is under Ameripos/Cashlink/Tel2net and the third is against Nationwide Cyber Systems/Transnet Wireless.

We are already in litigation in the Fort Lauderdale bankruptcy court on the Ameripos case and represent the group titled Kioskscams Group. In the Miami bankruptcy court, we are already litigating in the Teleking and Debit Corporation bankruptcies. In all cases, we represent the majority of the creditors and are working very closely with the Trustee's attorneys in the cases.

In the Miami bankruptcy court cases (Teleking & Debit Corporation), Ron Niewirth of Fowler-White is the Trustee's attorney and in the Fort Lauderdale case(Ameri P.O.S.), Zach Shelomith is the Trustee's attorney. Something I've wondered is why most people would need Internet kiosks in most situations? Many public libraries have free internet access, you've got coffee shops that also provide free internet access. Even some malls are getting into the free wireless internet game.

One thing that always cracks me up is Adam West saying that he wishes he had one of those machines in the "old bat cave." Why would you want a machine that costs over $10,000 when you can get a computer that does all of this for less than $1000?

I don't see why people would need these machines these days. I think that this whole internet kiosk thing will be a flash in the pan. I don't think the market for those things will last all that long with the direction the internet is taking.

Heres the way I see it if they use a celebrity to bring people in its a scam. I was in on one and now I don't know if I'm getting my $500 back. I didn't fall for this one but theres another business down there in Florida which they might have moved. Ernest Borgnine was shown. You have to do more research on any company including letters to BBB and also something from the state that says that they are legit. These machines costs at least $15000. But what am I getting for that money and is there satisfaction guarantee and can the parts be replaced. I'm sorry to hear the ones that lost their money. I'm in the same boat with you. If these people ever have a seminar I'll go but if they push their weight around then thats trouble.

HI Cyndee, I read your comments and my Mom and I are victims of the Debit Corporation scam. We have an initial investment of approx $15,000 that we paid to DCA for the pre-paid MasterCard systems plus a total of $3,000 in legal fees. We are both very interested in helping anyone prosecute these skunks and I would love to hear from you in regards to this.
