On Dec. 12, 2013, we ordered a Star Hill Rectangle Glass Dinette Set from the ncfurniturebestbuys website. To get a 20% discount we were instructed to pay in advance, by check. We sent the money the same day, and were contacted by a man named "Rick" - he recommended we wait a bit longer so that he could arrange a delivery complete with set-up and inspection for any damage. Dec. passed as did January 2014, Feb., March, April and now, half of May. We were only able to get one person, Karen, to respond to an email, and only AFTER we went to their website and wrote several scathing reviews of how we had been treated. No one has ever returned our phone calls or subsequent emails in all that time -

If you click on their web page that says thanks for your business it states that they are closing their doors 6/3/14 and that their web page is non functioning as of 4/3/14. I just recieved a letter from United States Postal Inspection Services relating to Mail Fraud regarding this company. You may have been contacted already, but if not you can call United States Postal Inspector at 912 231 0618.
