Noel Tenenbaum, Dr. Noel Tenenbaum Botched my left eye and refused to admit it or refund my money Palm Harbor Florida

Dr. labeled my botched surgery result a "success."  Refused to address horrible surgery results at follow-up and omitted all concerns in the medical record. Refused to refund my money and had to dispute through my bank. Also committed fraud by insinuating to my bank that I never went to my follow-up on Oct. 9, and was looking for a "free ride." Tried to destroy my character and throw me under the bus to save himself from yet another patient complaint. I now require a specialist to fix and this a** is costing me several more thousand dollars to fix. Took zero responsibility for ptosis that developed in my left eyelid, platform that is now 3/4 inch longer than the right, and uneven incision that goes up to my eyebrow, completely out of the crease, with the top hollowed out. Dr. blamed it on "natural asymmetry" and "anxiety" lol. This doctor is a total fraud and takes patient's money regadless if surgery comes out botched. He will not admit any surgical mistakes and will blame the patient everytime instead.
