I had an identical experience to the previous poster. I submitted an Order and received a receipt on March 3, 2015. Before the items shipped I realized I didn't need everything I ordered, so I went to their website for the return policy, which is to phone or email a return request. Their phone mailboxes are all "full" and they have not responded to my email. I inteded to file a dispute with my credit card ASAP!
