Nintendo Force Nintendo Force Magazine Took the money, delayed and then blocked me on FB and Twitter... Unknown Internet

Resubscribing to Nintendo Force magazine was far from easy as they delayed the Surveys required to get the addresses until the middle of the time the first issues of the new year(March 11,2015) should have already been on the way, but it was filled out. Got my first issues of 2015, which was issue 14 then nothing. Looked on their website, only saw a means of contacting them through their page. They didn't respond when I contacted them on the 26th of June about the missing issue.

Their FaceBook page was riddled with people who were missing issue 14 and 15 and asking where they were. Each day our queries were erased. So many of us continued to ask, countign down the days. Finally I was banned from twitter and facebook today for merely asking when someone, ANYONE, was going to reply. Still heard nothing.

Paid 25 dollars for physical copies, never even got an offer to get the electronic version of it, just plain old cold shoulder business.

I have contacted my bank and they are pressing for action despite being outside the 60 day window, because apparently this is a common tactic for this company. To lie, delay, and then run with the money. Their FaceBook page went from nearly 8000 followers to less than 7k over this, as we're all being banned and the money is being pocketed.

In 26 years of working in Customer Service, this magazine is by FAR the worst I have dealt with. This was supposed to be a gift for my eldest son as he enjoyed the few issues we got last year, but now it's back to searching the internet for answers and avoiding the scammers like these guys.

My advice is, if you have purchased a year in the last 60 days or less, cut it off now before it's too late.
