Super Sketchy.
This place is an absolute scam. My client provided photography services for several months and never got paid a single dime when they were owed thousands and thousands of dollars. We have reached out and tried to get in touch with CEO Marques Woods and Brian Hurley numerous times, but no one answers the phone or responds to voice messages or emails at the supposed main office in San Diego, California, which is listed at some bottom level address at a sketchy two story building next to some condos, and the Dallas Texas office, listed in the Georgetown Office Community with Armon Caldwell and Ashley Crout will lie to you about when you will get paid, and their stories will constantly change and when you get upset about not being paid after doing hundreds and hundreds of houses, they will stop responding to your phone calls and emails.

Usage of my client's copyrighted photos are being used on several websites, including auction.com, realtor.com, homefinder.com, and have been sent to banks and mortgage companies utilizing their services, so a cease-and-desist letter has been sent to Network Asset Services.comand a DMCA takedown notice has been issued to their hosting account and to Google to blacklist their website at network-asset.com. Any other websites using my client's copyrighted images are also subject to copyright infringement lawsuits and will be issued a letter of Notice of Infringement as pursuant to Title 17, § 512(c) of the U.S. Copyright Law under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

This is just factual information based off an actual personal experience with plenty of proof to backup these claims.

Resolution Mutually Agreed Upon - Payment to be made in full for services rendered

AUTHOR: John - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, April 05, 2018

After my client talked to Marques Woods today, they have agreed to overnight my client a check for some of the work that he provided them during the month of February in a check to be overnighted via Fed Ex and the rest of what they owe him for work completed during the month of March next week, provided that a rebuttal is filed to the original report.

So, to clarify, until today, my client has never talked to Marques Woods. He had never spoken to Brian Hurley, and have only received one email from him where he said that he was not going to pay for work completed, even though many attempts were made via telephone and email from my client to the main office in San Diego. My client has only spoken to Armon Caldwell and Ashley Crout. It appears that there may have been some miscommunication and it is quite possible that my client may have overreacted a bit in haste out of the lack of communication by Network Asset Services, as Marques Wodds has explained to my client that Armon and Ashley may be misinformed as to how their system works and he will work directly with them to rectify this.

We offer up an apology and hope that this situation is resolved amicably as agreed upon between Marques Woods of Network Asset Services and my client, and that my client will indeed be paid for services he rendered on their behalf. It has been explained to me that my client and Network Asset Services have mutually agreed to disolve their business relationship and go their own separate ways once final payment is made to my client.
