Ordered a DVD on October 6, company charged my card October 7. Did not receive so I called but only got voice mail telling me to email them. I did so twice with no response. After 20 days I notified my bank who put it in their business complaints file. I again emailed movie night dvd and stated that I am going to contact the N.Y. Attorney General's office and report them. Lo and behold I did receive the dvd, 40 days from initial purchase. Buyer beware of this company.
