I ordered this product with a 90 day unconditional guarantee. After consuming the complete shipment and achieving ZERO results, I called their customer service # to request a refund. I was offered two options, a free bottle or a 35% refund. Meanwhile I have received two additional shipments resulting in charges of $595.80. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there was no supervisor with whom I could speak, and was then cut-off.
