 we received the piece of crap heart shaped necklace, the chain was mangled and broken upon delivery, tried to contact them via the # printed on the info card included in shipment, no answer, and tried to email and go to their website which is NOT working either. 

My husband paid the shipping and handling to receive this necklace from their company and when it arrived, it was mangled and broken chain. Tried to contact them via email, and phone number--neither working.  Want replacement or money back.

jcb jewelry did a survey online in which i was to receive a piece of jewelry for it and was to pay the shipping and handling 3 weeks later i see a charge on my card for 95.00. when i contacted the number supplied then i was told that it was a call center and that they only take call and had nothing to do with the company the guys name there was (peter) i asked for a phone # of the company and he said ( they have no # they are just contracted with them for calls only.. burbank California
