In 2015, I did a free trail on that site. I never recieved an email after the 1st month trial til 9/1/2017, that a payment for renewal was coming up, that I would be charged $22.86 .I called them, not knowing what this was, and apparentely they have been charging my account that amount for the last 2 years!! I was unaware, and never caught it, excuse my ignorance . That account is basically my husbands and he didn't see it either. I never recieved an email about this charge til yesterday. They refused to return all of my money for the last 2 years..only 6months.
