I submitted for a in November 2017, I tracked the rebate online and it states my rebate was not processed because is was "invalid". I called the 877-322-8355 and spoke with the associates who claimed they could not find the wine on my receipt. I pointed out where it was and she said OK I see it I'll process your claim. The new claim gets process and final it states a check was issues on 12-26-2017. I called today but the check did not arrive and the associates states the check was return to them as "not deliverable" and they cancelled the check. Strange that would happen since she read me the address and it was correct in their system and I've had the same address for over 20 years. I asked what would have happened if I did not call and she said they would send me a letter in 6 months. OK now this is feeling much like a scam, they cancelled the check and will wait 6 months to send me a letter. She they stated she will re-issue another check and it will take 3+ week for it to be re-processed. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she put me on hold for 11 minutes and then picked up the phone and hung up. I called back and the next associate said they have no supervisors and she could leave a note to have one call me.
I suspect this is what they do, make the initial claim as "invalid" you call they re-issue the claim, state they processed and check and they strangely the check gets returned. They hope you forget and go away and they pocket the money. I think I need to contact the manufacture Sutter Homes and let them in on what is happening on the rebates they offer through Inmar. I'm not confident I'll ever get the rebate!
