gocrv spirit incentives false advertisement, bad customer service, scam fort lauderdale Florida

It has been an ongoing dispute with Bluegreen Vacations and Spirit Incentives. Both of these companies have been nothing 

but scammers. My husband and I purchased a travel package through Bluegreen Vacations while shopping at Bass Pro Shops.

They package was $199.00 to stay at a hotel of our choice for 4 nights 3 days. So we choice St.Augstine FL. The deal was we had to attend a time share presentation while there ( which we did). After attending the presentation we were to get a 

cruise certificate for a free carnival cruise. Thats when it all became a nightmare.First we were given the wrong certificate. That went back and forth for awhile . Than nobody wanted to honor the certificate. I have yet to still get this taken care of.The package was orginally bought back in September.Spirit Incentives had me pay my deposit ovr the phone and had the nerve to charge a 9.99 expediated fee. Than they tell you they cant guarantee a travel date and will email you approximately 45 days prior to that date.I am sorry but people need to book their vacations months in advance at some jobs. Never any follow emails from their company. False advertising.Both companies are clearly very misleading. Wih the cruise we were told we were just responsible for taxes and port fees. Approximately $239 pp. Well when you go to book, everydate is peak season basically, so with that the rate is now $249 pp. They also dont want to put you in the cabin that is supposed to be included. They try and put pressure on you to upgrade to a bigger cabin. When you tell them you do not want it, that is when they try and tell you your date is not available.Unfortunately, we did not look ito this deal better before we booked it. We did read all the fine print though and alot of these fees were not listed anywhere. My husband and I also asked tons of questions.
