Geraci Law Peter Francis Geraci misleading and rip off Wauwatosa Wisconsin

I went to Geraci Law for help with a Chapter 13, met with a "Lawyer" who went over their fees, staing that I would need to pay the $281.00 filing fee and the rest $3,500.00 would be put into the 3 year payment.  Oh and by the way thoses started at $180.00, then were $130.00 and then $160.00.  Lawyer started that the monthly payment would never be as low as $130.00 and I also needed to pay an additional $500.00 for them to file the Chapter 13, because of all the paperwork.  So when I protested they closed my case and as of today still have not refunded my $281.00.  I called around and found the Bxxxxxxx Law Center. (((REDACTED)))  You only need to pay the $281.00 and an additional $100.00.  Geraci is a bunch of misleading liars, you will get a different answer depending on what lawyer you talk too and what day it is.  I would never recommnd anyone to go there.  Do your homework there are firms that will help you and be upfront from the beginning and cheaper than Geraci Law.  It is a stressful enough time filing the Chapter 13 than to be mislead daily!
