I submitted a game account to this company, I contacted the company a whole bunch of times, I put in a order back in early October, No response what so ever from this company, I ended up re changing my passwords to be safe because I have been reading some BAD reports on this company, I ended up adding them to facebook since that is where their Support is, Well needless to say they kept deleting my posts. And now they ended up blocking me. JUST BE WARNED STAY AWAY FROM GAMEPAL.com and ANY SITE THAT DEALS WITH GAMEPAL.COM
GO TO GOOGLE. SEARCH GAMEPAL SITES IT SHOULD PULL UP A LIST OF SITES THAT HAVE SOME CONNECTION WITH THESE GUYS, ITS REALLY BAD THINGS HAVE CAME TO THIS.

Dear Russell Grimes,
Part of the reason we have "some" negative reports is because of posts like the one you posted above. People claim we did wrong to them when we were only trying to help them earn money off their virtual products. In your case, you follow the same story the others have created.
Breaking down what happened here.
- On September 28, 2011, Mr. Grimes submitted a Lineage 2 Account to our website.
- After attempting to login to the account, the information he provided was invalid. We then contacted Mr Grimes in regards to this issue.
- On October 22, 2011, Mr. Grimes updated the information.
- We then attempted to login to the account where yet again the information was invalid.
- Instead of updating us by e-mail or resubmitting his account, Mr Grimes went on facebook and continued to message others harassing them (we received over 4 complaints from our customers that you were harassing them), and posting bad comments about us for no purpose other than to satisfy your personal needs. Included in the attachment is just a few of the dozens of posts Mr. Grimes did using profanity at us any others, defaming our company, calling us thieves when he clearly stated above he changed the information so we could not gain access to it, and the list goes on.
- Obviously due to the actions of Mr. Grimes, we had to block him from harassing us and others again as facebook is open to the public to post comments and questions, and being that our facebook is open for all people of all ages, we cannot display slanderous defaming comments that could potentially cause harm to other individuals such as minors who can view these comments.
- However, even though Mr. Grimes did post these comments, we were still willing to work with him but as of today, he has still not updated his information and we are unable to proceed with his submission.
In conclusion,
- We caused no harm and were unable to complete any transaction with Mr. Grimes
- After several attempts to reach out to Mr. Grimes for him to update us, he instead began harassing others and us as well as used profanity and continued to defame our company multiple times to the point facebook banned him (referenced screenshots)
- We have had over 2 million submissions over 7 years. A few complaints here and there which were resolved are hardly a way to reference that our company did wrong when the majority of our customers are satisfied and have clearly posted that in our google shopping reviews, paypal reviews, website reviews, website testimonials, bizrate, ratepoint and facebook
If we were to do the same thing you did to one of our customers that was buying from us, they would cut off all communication with you and possibly file legal remedies against us. However, we were willing to move on from that had you contacted us back which you didn't making it impossible to help you.
