I recently subscribed to the 3 month program but as of today I have not been able to download a single thing. After numerous emails which were nothing more than generic responses I give up.

I now accept I will not be able to download anything nor will I be refunded my payment. Stay far, far away from this company. They will take your money and give you nothing but a run around.
