This place is a ripoff.  Salesperson very deceptive - says they have best price but really are not.  Try to upsell warranties, etc that are not necessary.  Very pushy.  When I decided I wanted to cancel (which they say you must do the day you order or you will b e charged 20% restocking fee- ridiculous), they were impossible to contact.  I did cancel as per their instructions but trying to actually talk to a person or have someone respond to an email was virtually impossible. 

You can't get a person on the line and if you happen to, they always want to transfer you back to the salesperson (I guess no one else is competent enough to handle a cancellation???)!! And of course, the salesperson wouldn't return my calls - they tout great customer service but frankly this is the WORST customer service I've ever experienced with an Internet company.  I finally got my refund by disputing the charge with my bank.  Will NEVER go back to them again and I implore anyone else to AVOID this website at all costs - no advantages on price or anything.
