AND THEN HE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME UNTIL I TOLD HIM I WOULD BE WARNING THE PUBLIC ABOUT HIM.  I WISH SOMEONE HAD WARNED ME!  Now he is threatening me by saying he and his friends are going to write negative app reviews.  So, he took my money, didn't deliver product, provided false documents to Pay Pal and is now threatening me.

Service was provided, then the developer above tried to get the service for free and disputed the payment. Paypal looked over all the evidence and agreed with me that the service was indeed provided. Thanks.
