Cost me $60.00 to learn my lesson. You must buy bids in order to play. This site is ALL run by computer, so that means THEY control who wins, not you or your bid. If you are a new user, you will win a couple small auctions, like $10.00 gift cards to Burger King, Amazon.com or Dunkin Doughnuts. I promise this will be the end of your "winning" streak. Customer Service is very nice to you at first, until you tell them you haven't been able to win, or even come close to winning and you have read reviews on sites like RipOffReport, YouTube, ect... After you mention this, the company is no longer interested in answering your emails. I hope this complaint helps to save at least one person, if so then I feel I have done my part with warning others.
