CRAFT MASTER FURNITURE DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE Taylorsville North Carolina

I purchased a sofa, chair and ottoman from these people craft master furniture, November 2008, through carolina furniture, orchard park ny. the fabric is dry rot. every fibre within this fabric is breaking away. carolina furniture repair person Jim came out to inspect the sofa, told me that many other fabrics from this manufacturer has had the same issue. cheryl my contact person with carolina furniture said that the manufacturer will take the cushion and do a test on it. ah, duh, what's that going to prove. so in the meantime you expect me to entertain legal professionals at all levels of the court system, with holes in my sofa, and one cushion missing from a set that i just purchased in november 2008, and it took me three months to get carolina furniture to come out. they just don't care, and neither does the manufacturer, if you go on line you'll find many other complaints about carolina furniture as well as craft master furniture, and one of interest came from an employee from that company, so what does that tell you. carolina furniture sold me a sofa that was constructed in 2006, they sold it to me as new, it was not new, but 3 years old.

i'm prepared to get a television crew in to do a story on manufacturers and carolina furniture.
