I have a charge on my credit from them and I have never ordered from them but its considered bad charge off but I'm not paying for something I've never ordered and have no clue what it is and when I called they claim they have no info on me yet it's in my credit

You may be right and I know they don't just make up number my point was I didn't order it so I don't wanna have to pay for something I don't have but I will definitely see if I can find out the address of where it may have been delivered but as I stated when I called trident she couldn't find me in the system but it's on my credit so I'm not sure how they couldn't find me but thanks for your input I appreciate it

Its either ID theft or someone in YOUR house or close to YOU that has access to YOUR wallet has made these charges. They don't just make up a credit card number and enter it. SOMEHOW and SOMEWAY SOMEONE that YOU know got ahold of your card and charged this. Im not saying its nice or right. But it IS what it IS!!! Someone close to YOU is making YOU pay for their purchase. If its NOT someone close to YOU, then possibly a neighbor got ahold of YOUR credit card statement and charged this. YOU can request what address the package was sent to. You will probably find its either ID theft or someone YOU KNOW!!!! Roughly 80% of all ID theft is done by people close to you.
