Closeout Genius, CloseoutGenius Rip--Off Brooklyn, NewYork Las Vegas, Nevada

I ordered a Garmin Nuvi 760 GPS unit on 3/8, after doing a web search found Close Genius as the lowest priced, highly rated internet business. My order was placed on line, giving all my info. (including credit card number).

I ordered this unit off the website: everyprice.com if you look at CloseOutGenius.com, you will see they have a rating of 4.5 stars and product is "in--stock" and the price has gone up from 139.99 to 159.99 in a week
(as of 3/15).

Instructions were sent via e-mail to confirm purchase by calling 1-888-654-3648. After at least 25 calls over the past week (3/8 thru 3/15) with no response (phone is always busy) and e-mails to every address on their site
(go to Closeoutgenius.com----contact us) with absolutely no response.

I have checked my credit card charges, no purchase was ever charged to my account as of 3/16, no response either via telephone nor e-mails.

What a bunch of scum bags. My biggest concern after reading the Rip--off site regarding this company is all the personal info I provided these clowns.
Home address, phone numbers and credit card info. (which concerns me the most).

My only regret is that I would have checked out sites like this (rip off report) before purchasing or I should say trying to purchase this unit. I was certainly movated by price, but in the end, I'm going to buy this unit anyways and pay a few bucks more somewhere else..

I would say to anybody out there who may be interested in ordering from CloseOutGenius.com, call 1-888-654-3648 "FIRST" and see if anybody answers the phone.
