Cashnetusa finance I was sent a email for fail funding notice and was told I needed to pay a 100 dollars Internet

 I received a email saying I had a failed funding notice and needed to pay a 100 dollars for protection of the loan. I was told to purchase a iTunes card for payment and I would receive the 5000 dollars loan in 1 hour. Then I was told to purchase another 100 iTunes card for the first payment. Now I just received another notice saying I needed to purchase another iTunes card for 100 dollars for federal taxes I then told the lady I needed a refund for the 200 dollars and was told to go to the IRS for my refund.
