First off let me start by naming all the scammers Ken Morgan.Timothy Vinner.Simon Guennon.Frank Thomas.Mike Aubutt.  

All these Managers /closers are going to tell you you need the CHARTER So you spend 30 grand dont do it. Everyone gets a charter they just say you either get it with 20 thousand  points  every year($30,000.00)  or  20 thousand points EOY for $18,000.00.

This is a scam trust me  the rooms at the Fountains in building 2 are disgusting they will show you building 10 but you will never get in never. Also it take 16,000 points to stay a week at the fountains are you kidding me $16,000.00 to stay there wth. Bonus weeks dont work also bonus time is never availible.
