I went to buy a king size bed but when I went to purchase, they told me the price was for a queen and not the king that the price tag was on. The manager said it was an accident and wouldn't do anything about it.

I received a call today from one of the owners of Baer's and he made everything right.

The quick response I received and the fact that they corrected the issue was very impressive.

Hopefully the manager that I had originally dealt with has learned that if you provide good customer service, you'll keep your customers happy.
