Appliance Direct Used product, refurbed products, lack of ethics in management Sebastian Florida

"Appliance Direct" & "Scratch & Dent World" in Central Florida hide the true nature of the source of their "out of box" and "in box" products. Many times I have wittnessed managers and sales staff "mis-direct" customers(at the direction of managers) on the history of the products on the sales floor, many of the products are used and or "in house refurburished "(repaired with the companies knowledge) and resold as "its new, its just scratch and dent". Sales staff are told to "sell and meet quota, or be fired". I regret having been employed by this company and do not recomend them as a business worthy of anyones hard earned money. Don't let "the price" lead you into a bad experience, as so many others have been through. A refund will be their best answer, your time and effort is worth nothing.
