Decormyeyes selling counter fit and harassment Brooklyn New York

My girlfriend called to ask about return policy and a person named stanely said that there was a 14day return policy and did not indicate a restocking fee because the return policy was hidden. My girlfriend ordered 2 pairs and one was on backorder and was charged for two .when we received the package and my girlfriend did not like it. packaging was horrible and did not come with proof of authenticity which the website indicated that it came with. with these false pretenses and false advertisement we wished to get a refund and send the items back.

Decormyeyes harassed us and kept callign us regards this and threatened us with civil suits if we filed a dispute with americanexpress. We won the chargeback but he then calls me today harassing me and tellen me americanexpress has given him back his 20% restocking fee. i am totaly appauled with this companys customer service and buisness practices. selling knock offs as fake, false advertisement, harassment, and lies to draw customers in.
