I like living in Victory Verrado however my experience with WRHomes has been a disaster. My home was completed in November 2023. There are many issues I have with their work, too many to list here, and WHRyan Homes have been totally unresponsive in addressing my concerns as well as not honoring their warranty. I provided them with a builder's inspection report, which they have not acted upon. I strongly suggest working with another builder as I have found their product and customer service to be extremely poor.

You went into this deal absolutely naked. Despite YOU agreeing to be on the hook for big money, you didn't even for one split second think about getting an attorney to REPRESENT YOU thru each aspect of this matter, did you? Guess what Einstein, if YOU would have been smart and used an attorney, you wouldn't be where you are now! Enjoy your house with all its problems!
